Facial Injectables

As we age, our faces begin to show the effects of gravity, sun exposure and years of facial muscle movement, such as smiling, chewing and squinting. The underlying tissues that keep our skin looking youthful and plumped up begin to break down, often leaving smile lines, crow’s feet or facial creases over the areas where this muscle movement occurs.

Soft-tissue fillers can help fill in these lines and creases, temporarily restoring a smoother, more youthful-looking appearance. When injected beneath the skin, these fillers plump up creased and sunken areas of the face and lips. Injectable fillers may be used alone or in conjunction with skin care products or a recontouring procedure, such as a facelift.

	BOTOX Cosmetic is a safe and reliable nonsurgical treatment for smile lines and wrinkles of the brow and forehead. The result is a more refreshed and relaxed look. This office procedure is performed within minutes, with minimal discomfort or downtime. The effects of BOTOX last from 3 to 6 months.
	Juvederm is a stabilized, hyaluronic acid filler which is normally found in the body. It is used to smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds around the nose and mouth or to reshape facial contours. This office procedure takes approximately 30 minutes and is performed with minimal discomfort or downtime. The effects of Juvederm last up to 1 year.
	Latisse is used to stimulate growth of eyelashes, resulting in longer and thicker eyelashes. The effects of Latisse are first noticed within in 1 month and are optimal at 2 months
